ADD CLIPART TO YOUR EMAIL
Find an image that you want to add to your Outlook signature and save it to you’re my Pictures folder. You will need to resize the image to the size you want it to be on your emails which is fairly tiny and save it again. Now in Outlook, click on Tools, Options, Mail Format tab, Signatures button, New button, name your new signature anything you like, in the Signatures and Stationery dialogue box-type your name, position, RC, and add an image by clicking on the picture icon at the right and opening your image in your my Pictures folder. New Message and Reply must reflect the name you gave it. Click on OK and OK.

BURN CDS/DVDS
Burn CDs or DVDs using Roxio.
CASSETTE TO COMPUTER
Save your cassettes before they are ruined! Learn how to record your cassette music or books on tape to your computer so that you can put them on your mp3 player or burn them to cd.
ADD ACCELSCAN SHORTCUT TO YOUR DESKTOP
Click on: Start, All Programs, go up and hover on AccelScan Scanning Software, right-click on AccelScan, send to, desktop.

CATAPULT INSTRUCTIONS
Learn how to insert banner images into your Catapult website after learning how to crop and resize images in PowerPoint. (It's better to use Photoshop so that you can optimize your images to around 40 MB before uploading them into Catapult, however, not everyone knows how to use Photoshop.) More instructions to come as needed.
CLEAN MOUSE W/ BALL
If your mouse isn't working like it should, it needs to be cleaned: 1)Turn mouse over, 2)using your 2 thumbs, turn cover to the left to take cover off, 3)take ball out and wipe ball clean, 4)scrape (the line of black/gray) crud off of the 3 wheels located inside of the mouse with your fingernail, 5)blow any dust and crud out of the mouse, and 6)replace cover by turning cover to the right using your 2 thumbs. Your mouse should roll and work correctly now.
CLEAN OPTICAL SCROLL MOUSE
Learn how to take apart and clean the crud from the scroll wheel of an optical mouse.

- bring up the exact internet window that you want to create a shortcut for and copy that web address,
- minimize that window for now,
- right-click on the blue desktop,
- hover over "New" and click on "shortcut,"
- right-click and paste the web address in the window,
- click on next,
- type the name of your shortcut,
- click on the Finish button.

Change view for student computers at school:
- Right-click on the monitor's blue desktop,
- Click on Properties,
- Click on Settings,
- Using your mouse, move "screen resolution" arrow to the left to show 800 x 600 pixels,
