Attendance
Attendance Matters please report all student absences by calling the school at 788-4282 or emailing csequenzia@rocklinusd.org.
Please provide the following information:
- Student's Name (please spell the first and last names)
- Teacher's Name
- Your Name and Relationship to the Student
- Date of Absence
- Reason for Absence
Please note: If your student will be absent due to illness or vacation for 3 or more days, Independent Study is available. If your student is out ill for more than 3 days, a Doctor's note is recommended to excuse the absence. You can email Doctor notes and Independent Study requests to csequenzia@rocklinusd.org.
